Fabricação
Centrifugal casting — dense grain structure, porosity under 0.5%. CNC bored to ±0.02 mm tolerance. Oil grooves, lubrication holes, and bolt patterns machined per print. Custom to your drawing or reverse-engineered from a sample.
Aplicações
Cone crusher eccentric bushings e socket liners (Metso, Sandvik, Symons, Minyu, Telsmith). Gyratory crusher bottom shell bushings e spider bushings. Mill trunnion bearings. Mancais lisos industriais grandes para cargas radiais e axiais.
