Manganese Steel Wear Spare Parts

Our manganese steel wear spare parts are made from Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2, and Mn21Cr2Mo for demanding crushing applications.

We provide a wide range of products, including mantles, bowl liners, concaves, and jaw plates, compatible with Symons, Sandvik, Metso (HP and GP series), and Minyu crushers. Our inventory covers models from Symons 2 feet to 7 feet, Sandvik CH420 to CH880, Metso HP100 to HP800, and Minyu MSP and MCC, as well as jaw plates for C63 to C3054 jaw crushers.

Cone Crusher Bronze Parts

Our cone crusher bronze parts are made from C93800, C93700, JM 14-15, CuPb15Sn7, and CuPb20Sn5 bronze alloys. These materials handle extreme pressure in demanding crushing operations.

We supply bottom shell bushings, eccentric bushings, wearing plates, main shaft steps, piston wearing plates, and locating bars. Each part is machined to match your cone crusher model.
