High Manganese Alloy Hammer

Mn13 and Mn18 manganese steel hammers for hammer crushers. Work-hardens under impact — surface reaches 500+ HB. Impact toughness: 100–150 J (Charpy V-notch).

Best suited for feed sizes above 150 mm where impact energy is high. The ductile austenitic core absorbs shock without fracturing, while the surface work-hardens with every strike.

Available in Mn13 (ZGMn13-1 through ZGMn13-5) and Mn18 grades. Chemical compositions below.
