Bushings

A bushing (bush) is an independent plain bearing inserted into a housing, providing a bearing surface for rotary applications. We supply bronze and brass bushings.

These bushings are used in heavy-duty machinery: excavators, crushers, machine tools, and turbine generators. They reduce friction between moving parts.

We offer bushings made from C93200, C93700, and C93800 bronze alloys. These materials provide wear resistance, high load-bearing capacity, and corrosion resistance. We can also produce bushings to your specifications.

Our manufacturing uses centrifugal casting and sand casting for large, heavy bushings. Centrifugal casting produces a dense, uniform structure. Sand casting provides flexibility in design and size. For smaller bushings, we use continuous casting rods.

Our facilities have multiple centrifugal casting machines and sand casting equipment. We produce bushings up to 2.2 meters diameter and 5 tons per single finished part.

Gear and Pinion for Crushers

A gear (cogwheel) is a rotating machine component with cut teeth that mesh with another toothed part to transmit torque. When two or more gears operate in sequence, they form a gear train (transmission). Geared devices can change speed, torque, and direction of a power source. A gear can also engage with a non-rotating toothed component (rack), producing translational motion.

In a transmission system, gears function like wheels in a crossed belt pulley system. Gear teeth prevent slippage for efficient power transmission. When two gears mesh and one is larger, a mechanical advantage is achieved because rotational speeds and torques are inversely related.

We supply gears and pinions for crushers. Standard gear and pinion sets for Metso gyratory crushers, Nordberg Symons cone crushers, and Sandvik HYDROCONE H-S type crushers. We also manufacture non-standard gear and pinion sets for specific requirements.
