Manufacturing
Centrifugal casting — dense grain structure, porosity under 0.5%. CNC bored to ±0.02 mm tolerance. Oil grooves, lubrication holes, and bolt patterns machined per print. Custom to your drawing or reverse-engineered from a sample.
Applications
Cone crusher eccentric bushings and socket liners (Metso, Sandvik, Symons, Minyu, Telsmith). Gyratory crusher bottom shell bushings and spider bushings. Mill trunnion bearings. Large industrial plain bearings for radial and axial loads.
