Metso C Series Jaw Crushers

The Metso C Series jaw crushers are used worldwide. The C Series has two ranges: traditional jaw crushers for stationary and mobile applications (C80, C100, C3054, C120, C125, C140, C150, C160, C200) and models for small to medium-sized mobile crushing (C96, C106, C116). All C Series crushers handle hard rock.

The C Series uses a cavity-centered design. Feed opening dimensions and cavity height are matched for performance. The feed opening width-to-depth ratio reduces blockages.

We use resin sand casting for manganese steel parts. Material: Mn18Cr2. Production includes casting, heat treatment, and machining. Manganese steel liners for hard ore processing.
