Forged from 42CrMo, 42CrMo4, or 1045 steel. UT inspected before machining. Bearing seats induction-hardened to HRC 50–55. Keyways and splines precision-ground.

Specifications

Surface finish: Ra 0.8 µm on bearing journals. Runout: under 0.02 mm between centers. Magnetic particle inspection on all bearing surfaces.
